Horchata Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups plain yogurt (i used dannon)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 in a medium bowl; whisk all the ingredients together until the sugar and cinnamon dissolve.
- 2 turn the ice cream machine on and pour mixture into the freezer bowl.
- 3 let mix until thickened, about 25 to 30 minutes.
- 4 place mixture in a freezer container and freeze until firm enough to scoop.
- 5 garnish with cinnamon sticks and a dusting of ground cinnamon. (optional).
