Orange-buckwheat Bread (bread Machine)

Ingredients
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 2 cups bread flour
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/3 cup light buckwheat flour
- 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 1 orange, zest of, grated
- 1 tablespoon gluten
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 1/4 teaspoons fast rising yeast (or 2 3/4 t. bread machine yeast)
- 1 1/3 cups buttermilk
- 1 large egg
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup light buckwheat flour
- 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 1 orange, zest of, grated
- 1 tablespoon gluten, plus
- 1 teaspoon gluten
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 1/2 teaspoons fast rising yeast (or 1 t. bread machine yeast)
Recipe
- 1 add all ingredients to the bread pan according to the order in the manufacturer’s instructions.
- 2 set crust on dark and program for the basic cycle; press start.
- 3 *the dough ball will be moist and springy.
- 4 when the baking cycle ends, immediately remove the bread from the pan and place it on a rack; let cool to room temperature before slicing.
