Queen Ann Holiday Brunch Cake (bread Machine)

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 eggs
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 1/2 teaspoons orange zest
- 1/2 cup mixed candied fruit
- 1/4 cup flaked coconut
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 -3 teaspoons orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon orange rind
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 cake ingredients should be at room temperature.
- 2 place cake ingredients in pan in order listed.
- 3 select sweet/basic/normal cycle.
- 4 remove bread when cycle finished& cool.
- 5 drizzle with orange glaze.
- 6 to make glaze: combine all glaze ingredients, blend until smooth.
