- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 medium zucchini or 3 small zucchini, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 heat the oil in a medium non-stick skillet.
- 2 stir fry the zucchini until it is just tender.
- 3 add the basil and garlic near the end of the cooking time.
- 4 salt and pepper to taste.
