Garlic Cheese Rolls

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cups flour, preferably bread flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar (softened)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons yeast
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/3 teaspoon garlic (between 1/4 and 1/2 teaspoons)
  • 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, more probably needed

Recipe

  • 1 put first 7 ingredients in bread pan and set for dough cycle.
  • 2 when done, put dough on floured surface
