Mahogany Chicken Wings

Total Time: 21 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 min

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 6 -7 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 1/2 cups soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup dry sherry
  • 3/4 cup chinese plum sauce
  • 18 green onions, minced
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup honey

Recipe

  • 1 in a 3 quart saucepan, combine all ingredients except wings.
  • 2 bring to a boil and simmer 5 minute.
  • 3 let cool.
  • 4 split wings and discard tips, pour cooled sauce over wings and refrigerate overnight.
