Mamma's Mostaccioli

Ingredients
- 1 lb diced smoked sausage (beef)
- 2 cups diced zucchini
- 2 cups drained rinsed black olives
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 2 cups diced drained tomatoes
- 32 ounces red pasta sauce
- 12 ounces cooked drained bow tie pasta
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 teaspoon ground oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
Recipe
- 1 sautee the sausage and the onions until the onions are tender. add the mushrooms and the zucchini and sauteed until the zucchini and the mushrooms are hot and just starting to get tender.
- 2 sprinkle the oregano, garlic, and basil on top of the mixture and stir. remove from heat to cool about 15 minutes.
- 3 stir in the parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, black olives, noodles and sauce.
- 4 after stirring the mixture all together pour into a casserole dish and cover with foil.
- 5 heat in a 350* oven for 30 minutes. remove let sit 5 minutes and serve,.
