Ingredients

- 1 (10 ounce) box couscous
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1 (14 ounce) can del monte crushed tomatoes with mild green chilies
Recipe
- 1 prepare couscous in sauce pan by bringing 1 1/2 cups of water to boil.
- 2 place zucchini in a steamer basket over boiling water. cover saucepan and steam 5-7 mins or until zucchini is bright green and tender.
- 3 mix couscous and tomatoes and pour over zucchini and serve hot or cold.
