Ingredients

- 10 ounces frozen mixed berries
- 2 cups non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup splenda granular
Recipe
- 1 thaw frozen berries and blend into puree.
- 2 mix yogurt, milk and splenda together.
- 3 mix in puree.
- 4 pour into ice-cream machine and chill for 30 minutes.
