Pineapple Cobbler

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 (15 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 (16 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, drained
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400
- 2 in a 9x13 baking dish melt butter in oven
- 3 stir flour, sugar and milk to smooth.
- 4 pour in baking dish over melted butter.
- 5 in bowl toss pineapple and brown sugar.
- 6 drop spoonfuls of pineapple mixture into batter.
- 7 sprinkle with cherries.
- 8 bake @400 deg for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
