Quick Skillet Squash Medley

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 1/2 cups butternut squash, peeled cubed 1-inch pieces
- 1 1/2 cups yellow squash, unpeeled quartered, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 1/2 cups zucchini, unpeeled, sliced 1/8-inch pieces
- salt, to taste
Recipe
- 1 in 10 " skillet melt butter, stir in remaining ingredients except zucchini.
- 2 cook over medium heat, stirring often.
- 3 stir in zucchini, continue cooking until squash are crispy tender.
