Simple Whole Wheat Bread

Total Time: 3 hrs 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups mineral water or 1 1/4 cups distilled water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or 1/4 cup molasses
  • 2 3/4 cups whole wheat flour (organic preferred)
  • 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
  • 3 tablespoons wheat gluten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

Recipe

  • 1 i put the liquid ingredients into the bread machine first then the dry, adding the yeast last.
  • 2 choose the whole wheat setting on your bread machine and enjoy.
