Simple Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups mineral water or 1 1/4 cups distilled water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or 1/4 cup molasses
- 2 3/4 cups whole wheat flour (organic preferred)
- 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
- 3 tablespoons wheat gluten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
Recipe
- 1 i put the liquid ingredients into the bread machine first then the dry, adding the yeast last.
- 2 choose the whole wheat setting on your bread machine and enjoy.
