Smoked Salmon Spread

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/2 lb smoked salmon, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 3/4 cup chilled whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon snipped fresh chives

Recipe

  • 1 put the salmon in your food processor and puree until smooth.
