Smoked Salmon Spread

Ingredients

- 1/2 lb smoked salmon, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 3/4 cup chilled whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 teaspoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
- salt
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh chives
Recipe
- 1 put the salmon in your food processor and puree until smooth.
