Cuban Bread Using Abm Dough Cycle & Oven

Total Time: 1 hr 37 mins Preparation Time: 7 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons water

Recipe
