Granola Raisin Bread For The Bread Machine

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 cups bread flour
- 2/3 cup granola cereal
- 3 tablespoons dry buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons vital wheat gluten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons yeast
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
Recipe
- 1 soak raisins in water for an hour before adding to the bread machine mid-cycle (when the machine beeps, in between the first and second rise).
- 2 add ingredients to machine according to manufacturer directions.
- 3 bake at basic one poud loaf setting.
- 4 when finished, remove bread from pan and cool on a wire rack.
