Ingredients
- 6 lamb chops
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 2 green onions, cut into 1 1/2-inch lengths
- 6 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons sherry wine
- 3 tablespoons sugar
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in frying pan until hot.
- 2 fry lamb chops for 10 minutes on each side with green onions.
- 3 add soy sauce, sherry, and sugar.
- 4 cover and simmer 10 minutes each side.
- 5 serve hot.
