Lynd Sweet & Sour Crab

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 8 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 onions, one part sliced and another blended
- 1 inch gingerroot, thinly sliced
- 200 g chili sauce
- 200 g tomato sauce
- 1 kg crab, cleaned
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pinch black pepper (optional)
- salt
- sugar
Recipe
- 1 sauté garlic, ginger and onions with olive oil until you can smell the lovely aroma.
- 2 add in tomato and chili sauce, fry until oil surface.
- 3 add in salt and sugar to taste; stir.
- 4 then add in the crabs. cover for 10 minutes in medium heat.
- 5 **you may add a bit of water if it turn out too dry.
- 6 break the egg, then slowly stir.
- 7 cover for another 2 minutes or until the crabs are cooked/turned pink.
