Macaroni Salad Your Way

Total Time: 4 hrs 30 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 cups macaroni
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup miracle whip
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons relish
  • 1 dill pickle, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sweet onion, chopped
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup zucchini, chopped
  • 1 cup bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, cubed

Recipe

  • 1 bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. add the macaroni, and cook until tender, about 8 minutes; drain.
  • 2 meanwhile, in a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, miracle whip,sour cream,dill,relish and parsley.
  • 3 stir in the macaroni while it is stilll warm.
  • 4 fold in remaining ingredients.
  • 5 the consistency should be creamy; add more sour cream and mayonnaise if needed. add salt and pepper to taste.
  • 6 refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving, but preferably overnight.
  • 7 cooking time is chilling time.
