Macaroni Salad Your Way

Ingredients

- 2 cups macaroni
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup miracle whip
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons relish
- 1 dill pickle, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup sweet onion, chopped
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup zucchini, chopped
- 1 cup bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup grated cheese
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
Recipe
- 1 bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. add the macaroni, and cook until tender, about 8 minutes; drain.
- 2 meanwhile, in a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, miracle whip,sour cream,dill,relish and parsley.
- 3 stir in the macaroni while it is stilll warm.
- 4 fold in remaining ingredients.
- 5 the consistency should be creamy; add more sour cream and mayonnaise if needed. add salt and pepper to taste.
- 6 refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving, but preferably overnight.
- 7 cooking time is chilling time.
