Microwave Vegetables In Strips

Total Time: 21 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 6 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 carrots, small and sliced into thin strips
  • 1 zucchini, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced into this strips
  • 3 teaspoons spice for vegetables, mccormick vegetable supreme, to taste
  • 1/4-1/2 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 in a microwave safe low profile pan, layer carrots, zucchini and then bell pepper, sprinkling with spice at each layer.
