- 2 carrots, small and sliced into thin strips
- 1 zucchini, sliced into thin strips
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced into this strips
- 3 teaspoons spice for vegetables, mccormick vegetable supreme, to taste
- 1/4-1/2 cup water
Recipe
- 1 in a microwave safe low profile pan, layer carrots, zucchini and then bell pepper, sprinkling with spice at each layer.
