Nutritious Nachos

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 40 tortilla chips
  • 1/3 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 orange bell pepper (cut into one inch strips)
  • 1/2 green pepper (cut into one inch strips)
  • 1 cup mushroom (chopped)
  • 1/3 cup pace picante sauce (hot)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Recipe

  • 1 spread out tortilla chips on a dinner plate or serving platter keeping chips touching, exposing very little of the plate. top with cheese then the remaining ingredients. heat in microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes. serve warm. enjoy!
