Olive And Garlic Sourdough (uses Your Bread Machine!)

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups proofed sourdough starter
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped black olives
  • 6 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 use dough cycle of bread machine to prepare dough.
  • 2 at end of cycle, knead more flour into dough if it is too sticky to handle.
  • 3 shape and place on baking sheet (i try to shape in a baguette) or into loaf pan.
  • 4 bake 350 for 35- 45 minutes until golden.
  • 5 cool slightly before slicing.
