Ingredients

- 125 g baby corn
- 50 g dried chinese mushrooms
- 2 fresh red chilies, sliced
- 5 g crushed red pepper flakes
- oil, as required
- 5 g garlic
- salt
- sugar
- 5 g basil leaves
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in a pot.
- 2 add garlic and chilli to it and saute.
- 3 stir in the corn, chilli, two macroot leaves and mushrooms.
- 4 fold in the seasonings.
- 5 add basil leaves and serve hot.
