Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water
- 3 tablespoons olive oil (no need to use extra virgin, the less expensive is just fine)
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
- 5 tablespoons honey
- 1 1/2 cups whole spelt flour
- 1 3/4 cups light spelt flour
- 1 cup kamut flour
- 2 tablespoons pure malt drink powder
- 1 tablespoon yeast
Recipe
- 1 put ingredients in bread machine pan in order suggested by the maker.
- 2 use the “light crust� 2lb basic cycle (not rapid) as spelt and kamut don’t like to be over worked or over baked.
- 3 this will freeze well.
