Ramen Noodle- Chinese Fried "rice"

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages oriental-flavor instant ramen noodles
  • 1 cup mixed peas and carrots (i use canned but i have used frozen and at times, fresh)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or more to taste)

Recipe

  • 1 cook noodles according to package directions and drain.
  • 2 place oil in a pan.
  • 3 add the veggies and saute about two minutes or until done to your likeness.
  • 4 add eggs to veggie mixture and stir.
  • 5 cook until eggs are done.
  • 6 add soy sauce to mixture.
  • 7 put noodles in pan and add both packets of seasoning.
  • 8 add more soy sauce if you like.
  • 9 mix and enjoy.
