Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- 1 ripe avocado, halved, pitted and peeled
- 1 (12 ounce) can chilled mango nectar (like goya)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves
Recipe
- 1 in a blender, puree all ingredients and serve in a chilled glass with a lime wedge as a garnish.
