Potato Waffles

Ingredients

• 3 cups mashed potatoes
• 1 cup plain flour
• 1 cup milk
• 1 egg
• salt
• pepper

Recipe

• 1 beat flour into potato (i used electric handwhisk).
• 2 beat in egg.
• 3 gradually beat in milk.
• 4 season quite heavily.
• 5 in my machine i used just under a cup of the batter and vaguely spread across the preheated plate before closing and cooking at quite a high heat for about 4 minutes.
• 6 keep warm while you cook the remainder.
