Pink Delight Frozen Salad

Ingredients

• Servings: 8
• 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1 (8 1/4 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
• 1 (6 1/4 ounce) package miniature marshmallows
• 1 (6 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
• 1/4 cup chopped pecans
• 1 drop red food coloring (optional)
• 1 cup heavy cream, whipped

Recipe

• 1 combine cream cheese and mayonnaise.
• 2 add pineapple, marshmallows, cherries and pecans to cream cheese mixture.
• 3 add food coloring if desired.
• 4 fold in whipped cream.
• 5 pour into a 9"x13" dish and freeze over night.
