- 3/4 lb yellow squash, 2 large sliced 1/2-inch slices
- 1/2 lb zucchini, 1 large sliced 1/2-inch slices
- 1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon season salt
- 1/4 teaspoon nu-salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
