Simple Vanilla Ice Cream

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 14
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1 1/8 cups maple syrup
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons pure vanilla extract

Recipe

  • 1 in a medium mixing bowl, use a whisk to combine the milk and maple syrup.
  • 2 stir in the heavy cream and vanilla.
  • 3 turn the machine on; pour the mixture into the freezer bowl, and let mix until thickened, about 20 to 25 minutes.
  • 4 add 1 cup of any type of mix-in (no larger than a chocolate chip in size) for added flavor!
