Easy Garden Bake

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 1 cup zucchini, chopped
• 1 cup tomato, chopped
• 1/2 cup onion, chopped
• 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
• 1 cup skim milk
• 1/2 cup bisquick
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 400°f lightly grease an 8x8 baking dish.
• 2 evenly place zucchini, tomato, onion and cheese in dish.
• 3 beat remaining ingredients until smooth.
• 4 pour mix evenly in dish.
• 5 bake 30-35 minutes.
• 6 let cool 5 min before serving.
