Greens Plus Smoothie (vita-mix)

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butternut squash, steamed
  • 1/2 cup zucchini or 1/2 cup summer squash
  • 1/2 cup cucumber
  • 1/2 cup kale, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup cantaloupe
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 cup banana, frozen
  • 1/2 kiwi
  • 1 tablespoon old fashioned oats
  • 1 whole almond
  • 1 stevia, packet
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 4 ice cubes

Recipe

  • 1 add ingredients as listed.
  • 2 turn on vita-mix or other high-powered blender at variable speed 1 and quickly increase to variable speed 10.
  • 3 switch to high and blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until smooth.
  • 4 enjoy!
