Greens Plus Smoothie (vita-mix)

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butternut squash, steamed
- 1/2 cup zucchini or 1/2 cup summer squash
- 1/2 cup cucumber
- 1/2 cup kale, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup cantaloupe
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup banana, frozen
- 1/2 kiwi
- 1 tablespoon old fashioned oats
- 1 whole almond
- 1 stevia, packet
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 4 ice cubes
Recipe
- 1 add ingredients as listed.
- 2 turn on vita-mix or other high-powered blender at variable speed 1 and quickly increase to variable speed 10.
- 3 switch to high and blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until smooth.
- 4 enjoy!
