Honey Glaze Chinese Chicken

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki marinade, kikkoman
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 1/2 lbs chicken drumsticks
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced

Recipe

  • 1 combine first 3 ingredients; pour over chicken in large plastic food storage bag.
  • 2 press air out of bag; close top securely. turn bag over several times to coat all pieces well.
  • 3 refrigerate 2 hours or overnight, turning bag over occasionally.
  • 4 bake chicken in 350f oven for 1 hour, turning pieces over and basting with pan juices once.
  • 5 sprinkle on green onions before serving.
