Impossible Garden Pie

Ingredients

• 2 cups zucchini, chopped
• 1 cup tomato, chopped
• 1 cup swiss cheese, shredded
• 1/3 cup onion, chopped
• 2 cups milk
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup bisquick baking mix
• 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees.
• 2 grease pie plate.
• 3 sprinkle zucchini, tomato, swiss cheese and onion in plate.
• 4 beat in remaining ingredients 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 min with a hand beater or until smooth. pour into plate.
• 5 bake 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. cool 5 minutes. garnish with tomato slices and succhini slices if desired.
