Little Cherry Tea Cakes

Total Time: 37 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 27 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups self rising flour
  • 3/4 cup maraschino cherry, finely chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • 2 cream together butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla.
  • 3 add cherries.
  • 4 add nuts.
  • 5 add flour.
  • 6 drop by small teaspoons onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
  • 7 bake 9 minutes.
