Ingredients

- 4 yellow squash, sliced
- 4 zucchini, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup italian salad dressing
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 prepare hot fire. brush vegetables with oil. grill until slightly browned and softened. let cool.
- 2 in a large bowl, combine the vegetables, salad dressing, salt and pepper. cover and refrigerate overnight. drain before serving.
