Noel Ice Cream Cups

Ingredients

• Servings: 10
• 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
• 1/4 cup pecans, chopped, toasted
• 2 tablespoons red maraschino cherries, chopped
• 2 tablespoons green maraschino cherries, chopped
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
• 1/2 cup m&m's plain chocolate candy
• m&m's plain chocolate candy, chopped

Recipe

• 1 in a medium bowl, combine ice cream, pecans, cherries and extracts; mix well.
• 2 fold in m&m's.
• 3 spoon into paper-lined muffin cups and freeze at least 30 minutes.
• 4 sprinkle with chopped m&m's.
