Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 head broccoli, chopped
- 1 yellow pepper, chopped
- 2 zucchini, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 3/4 cup fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons basil
- 3 tablespoons broth
- 16 ounces rotelle pasta, cooked
- 1 (6 ounce) can black olives
Recipe
- 1 spray skill with cooking spray and saute broccoli, zucchini, yellow pepper and garlic for 5 minutes. add tomatoes and saute for 2 more minutes.
- 2 in blender add parsley, basil and broth and blend until fine and moist.
- 3 add herbs and vegetables to pasta. toss well. garnish with black olives.
