Ingredients

- 2 large zucchini or 3 small zucchini
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup cointreau liqueur
- 1 tablespoon orange marmalade
- fresh ground pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 julienne zucchini into 2 inch sticks.
- 2 saute in butter until tende crisp, about 3 minutes.
- 3 add cointreau and marmalade and heat through.
- 4 sprinkle lightly with pepper and serve warm.
