Ingredients
- 1 scallion
- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
Recipe
- 1 in a food processor, coarsley chop scallion.
- 2 add peanut butter, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, lemon juice and tabasco.
- 3 process untill smooth.
- 4 this sauce keeps well, covered and refrigerated , for 2 weeks.
