Polynesian Stack Ups

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 rotisserie-cooked chicken
  • 2 (3 7/8 ounce) boxes chicken rice-a-roni
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 (12 ounce) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 -1 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • crunchy chinese noodles
  • 1 -1 1/2 cup finely shredded cheese
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans chicken broth (heated)

Recipe

  • 1 shred chicken. set out dishes containing above ingredients. beginning with the rice, let guests begin stacking up ingredients. rice, chicken, etc. cover with chicken broth.
