Refrigerator Ooey-gooey Cinnamon Rolls (bread Machine)

Ingredients

- 1/4 cup warm water
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 1 (3/4 ounce) package active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 4 tablespoons butter, softened
- chopped pecans
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 in a bread maker, first add the water, milk, egg,and salt. then add the sugar. on top of the sugar add the flour. make a well in the middle of the flour and add the yeast.
- 2 place bread pan in the bread maker and set on the dough setting.
- 3 while waiting for the dough, mix the sugar, cinnamon, and butter for the filling. set aside.
- 4 once the dough is made in the bread maker, remove the dough and place on a lightly floured surface.
- 5 with a floured rolling pin, roll out the dough until it is about 1/2 inch thick.
- 6 even spread the cinnamon filling evenly over the dough. sprinkle with chopped pecans if using.
- 7 roll the up the dough and seal the edges.
- 8 grease a baking pan.
- 9 with a really sharp knife, cut into 1 inch slices, should makes about 12 rolls, and place in greased pan.
- 10 cover rolls and let rise until nearly doubled, about 1 hour or less.
- 11 bake in a preheated 350°f oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
- 12 for the icing: mix all the ingredients together and serve over warm rolls.
- 13 optional: once the rolls are cut and placed into a greased pan, you can cover and place in refrigerator overnight and just pop them into a pre-heated oven in the morning. enjoy!
