Smoky Poached Eggs

Total Time: 9 mins Preparation Time: 4 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • liquid smoke
  • garlic salt
  • fresh ground black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 simmer the water in your poaching pan.
  • 2 put 1 egg into each well greased cup.
  • 3 put a few drops liquid smoke and a dash of garlic salt on top of each egg.
  • 4 add pepper to taste.
  • 5 poach to desired doneness.
  • 6 serve with toast or corned beef hash, or both!
