Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- liquid smoke
- garlic salt
- fresh ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 simmer the water in your poaching pan.
- 2 put 1 egg into each well greased cup.
- 3 put a few drops liquid smoke and a dash of garlic salt on top of each egg.
- 4 add pepper to taste.
- 5 poach to desired doneness.
- 6 serve with toast or corned beef hash, or both!
