Smoky Zu-vocado Salad (for One)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 cup little smokies sausage, cut up
  • 1 cup zucchini, chunked
  • 1/2 avocado, pitted, peeled, mashed
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon butter

Recipe

  • 1 place smokies, zucchini, hot sauce and butter in small frying pan.
  • 2 heat thoroughly until zucchini is just tender.
  • 3 place heated mixture in a bowl and add mashed avocado.
  • 4 toss to mix all & enjoy.
