Orange Cantaloupe Sherbet

Ingredients

- 4 cups cantaloupe, cubed
- 3/4 cup low fat buttermilk
- 1/3 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated orange zest
Recipe
- 1 in a food processor, puree the cantaloupe.
- 2 transfer to a bowl and stir in the buttermilk, corn syrup, orange juice, sugar and orange zest.
- 3 freeze in an ice cream machine until almost frozen.
