Fruit Slush

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 lemons, juice of
  • 2 oranges, juice of
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, including juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 (20 ounce) ginger ale

Recipe

  • 1 mash bananas with a fork.
  • 2 add lemon and orange juice, pineapple and sugar.
  • 3 stir until thoroughly dissolved.
  • 4 add ginger ale.
  • 5 freeze in sherbert glasses or a flat pan.
  • 6 remove from freezer exactly 40 minutes before serving.
  • 7 garnish with a maraschino cherry.
