Lentils And Rice

Total Time: 3 hrs Preparation Time: 2 hrs Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 cups lentils
  • 1 1/2 cups brown rice
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 5 medium chopped onions
  • salt
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped (to garnish)

Recipe

  • 1 they put the lentils in water to soften for two hours.
