New Caledonian Crab Stuffed With Crayfish

Ingredients

- 1 kg crab, shelled
- 1 carrot
- 1 zucchini
- 1 onion
- 1 leek
- 500 g breadcrumbs
- 1/2 liter milk
- 8 crayfish
Recipe
- 1 1.pre-heat the oven at 220°c.
- 2 2.dice the carrot, zucchini, onion and leek and fry with a little bit of butter.
- 3 3.add the crab to the vegetables and fry.
- 4 4.in a bowl mix the breadcrumb with the milk and then add to the crab and vegetables.
- 5 5.season with salt and pepper and put aside.
- 6 6.meanwhile cook the crayfish in boiling water for 1 minute.
- 7 7.let it cool down and shell it.
- 8 8.add the crayfish to the rest of the mix and pour it into individual buttered tins.
- 9 9.cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 220°c.
- 10 10.to be served hot!
