Ingredients
- 2 cups bisquick baking mix
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 12 frankfurters
- 1 (16 ounce) can sauerkraut, well drained
- catsup
Recipe
- 1 stir baking mix and water to a soft dough. gently smooth dough into a ball on floured cloth-covered board. knead 5 times. roll dough into a circle 1/8 inch thick. cut circle into 12 equal wedges. spread each wedge with 1 tblsp. sauerkraut. place a frankfurter on each wedge; roll up, beginning at wide end. seal tightly by pinching tip into roll. bake on ungreased baking sheet 15 minutes. heat remaing sauerkraut; serve frankfurters with catsup and hot sauerkraut. serve with green peas & cheese salad and cherry cobbler.
