Pumpernickel Bread

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 9 ounces water
  • 1/4 cup dark molasses
  • 1 tablespoon margarine or 1 tablespoon butter, softened
  • 2 cups bread machine flour
  • 1 1/4 cups rye flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast or 3 1/2 teaspoons bread machine quick-acting active dry yeast

Recipe

  • 1 bake on whole wheat cycle
