Ginger Juice

Total Time: 8 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 6 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 500 ml boiling water
  • 2 cm piece fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
  • 2 -3 tablespoons soft brown sugar

Recipe

  • 1 heat the water in a pan with the ginger. bring to the boil then add sugar.
  • 2 simmer for five minutes, then strain into a cup to serve.
